Breakfast
Hey everyone, I hope you all have a productive working day. A productive day is partly determined by the food we consume. Hence, I wanted to take a moment to share my breakfast with you. Would love to hear your opinions, what is good, what could be better, etc.... I speak of breakfast but eat it after my fast around 10 o'clock in the morning. - 3 Eggs (265 cal. & 18.5 pr.) - 1x Mozzarella (270 cal. & 21.3 pr.) - 1x Avocado (+/-300 cal. & 3 pr.) - 10 ml Cold pressed Olive oil (90 cal.) -> Over the avocado - 25g Organic walnuts (170 cal. & 3.7 pr.) + 3 Brazil nuts + Occasionally I add 100g of chicken (Meat & eggs cooked in Ghee, of course) This adds up to +/- 1200 cal. and 70 pr. Suggestions are always welcome & be sure to leave your first meal of the day for inspiration. Greetings from Belgium

I eat when I'm hungry, I don't intentionally starve (fast). First meal nowadays has been raw egg yolks. Other than that it's usually whatever meat I have available: liver, ground beef, wild boar bacon, pig steaks, or some raw milk/kefir/buttermilk with fruit, etc.

Blackout curtains/blinds
Anyone here have blackout blinds or curtains, and what’s your experience been so far with them? I’m thinking of buying these for myself, but there are so many options and I don’t know what I should be looking for exactly, it’s pretty confusing. It seems like some of these work in blocking out 100% of all light from outside, but they have to be perfectly fitted to the window frame? Appreciate any help!

Optimal HRV?
So I think I’ve heard Billy mention in some old video or somewhere that HRV should optimally be around 100ms, not lower or higher. On the other side there is Whoop who say that HRV metrics are personal and one’s goal should be to get them as high as possible. Could someone clarify this? What is an ideal HRV score, and is there a point of diminishing returns?

Hey, I'm actually always hot. I also sweat quite a lot in the process and always have. In terms of food or health, is there anything I can do to make that less so? All tips are welcome! Thanks

Are you performing cold exposure daily? Think cold showers, ice baths. Also could just be the seasonal changes, summer coming along.
