Hey everyone, I hope you all have a productive working day. A productive day is partly determined by the food we consume. Hence, I wanted to take a moment to share my breakfast with you. Would love to hear your opinions, what is good, what could be better, etc....
I speak of breakfast but eat it after my fast around 10 o'clock in the morning.
- 3 Eggs (265 cal. & 18.5 pr.)
- 1x Mozzarella (270 cal. & 21.3 pr.)
- 1x Avocado (+/-300 cal. & 3 pr.)
- 10 ml Cold pressed Olive oil (90 cal.) -> Over the avocado
- 25g Organic walnuts (170 cal. & 3.7 pr.)
+ 3 Brazil nuts
+ Occasionally I add 100g of chicken
(Meat & eggs cooked in Ghee, of course)
This adds up to +/- 1200 cal. and 70 pr.
