@Heather Sieve well I tell ya this ;) it won’t happen overnight but if you just start to gradually learn to incorporate more of the right foods…overtime you will get better and better. Remember, this health and fitness journey is a marathon and not a sprint. So just focus on continually getting a little better! ;)
