Go for a walk, do a Fit & Healthy University workout from the classroom, or crush a quick circuit. Movement boosts energy and keeps stress at bay!
2️⃣ Protein with Every Meal:
Aim for 25-30g per meal to stay full and fuel your body. Need ideas? Click the “Recipes and Ideas” tab to search what others have shared!!
3️⃣ Spread Gratitude:
Write down one thing you’re grateful for each day. It’s a great way to stay positive and joyful through the holiday hustle.
