This might be a silly question, but how do you make yourself eat more? I try not to eat when I'm not hungry. I try to count calories and stay under a certain number each day (but apparently the number I've been targeting is way too low). I need a complete nutrition reset!!

@Cj Wehrkamp My 1st Day attempting to eat the right amount of calories (no more starvation mode) and my appropriate macros. 😵‍💫 I definitely struggled to get all my calories in, but I was happy with how my day ended!! This is going to be a HUGE adjustment for me, but I think I can adjust! 💪
