Welcome to 2025 - Keto for life!
Hope you are starting off the new year by eating a meat-based ketogenic diet. Focus on cow, chicken, and fish. Sprinkle in pork if you can tolerate it. I like wild game (elk, deer, etc.) but they are quite lean so make sure you are getting enough fat. Don't portion size but eat until you are comfortably stuffed. If you want veggies, focus on non-starchy vegetables: artichokes and artichoke hearts, Asparagus, Celery, Cucumbers, Peppers (all green types), Scallions, Zucchini, Lettuce. Limit your veggies to 2 cups per day.

Welcome to TwiggyFitness.
Thanks for joining me on this journey to better health. We all have a story, I'd love to hear yours. Mine started with a list of disorders: IBS GERD Hemochromatosis Degenerative disc disease Stenosis A bulging disk And the list goes on. I found a way to deal, using a ketogenic diet to keep my inflammation down.
