What excuses did you make this week to not keep on your nutrition?? As humans, we are great at justifying our poor choices. Treat your body like a temple and a trash can.

Are carbs really that bad for you???
for most people, yes! consuming excessive amounts of carbohydrates leads to chronic inflammation which leads to illness and disease. So, how much is too much? I recommend keeping your gross carbohydrates (not subtracting out fiber) less than 100 grams per day. Some will need to be even less than that. I consume about 14 grams of carbs a day. Find your number and stick with it... you will feel better and regardless of what you have going on in your body, you will see improvement. One important note - you have to stick with it for minimum of 90 days, no exception.

What have you done this week to improve yourself? I actually took a day off from working out... it felt so weird! I needed the break. Up at 0600 to get my workout in and I feel great.
