Ingredients- 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup PB, soft 1 egg 1/4 cup granulated sweetener 1tsp baking powder 1tsp vanilla extract Pinch sea salt Directions - Pre-heat oven 350 degrees F Measure out 1oz cookies Form a ball, place on cookies sheet with parchment paper, use a fork to spread out. Cook for approx 10 minutes Enjoy!

But carbs taste so good
They are designed that way. The human race has genetically modified most grains, veggies, and fruits to look nothing like they did 100+ years ago. If your reason for continuing to consume massive amounts of carbs is because of the taste, you are an addict. Companies spend millions of dollars figuring out which mixture of food and chemicals will make you want more of what they are selling. Don't let them win. Make the change to a meat-based way of eating - cow, chicken, pig, fish, goat, lamb, elk, deer, bison, etc. sprinkle in veggies if your intestines can tolerate it - romaine lettuce, zucchini, cucumbers.
