First week: I'm still hopeful. My weight was up .5lb , my SMM was down .7lbs, and my PBF was up .7lb. I get plenty of cardio with Latin dancing. I think I need more weight training than 2x a week. I'm eating healthy but I need to get a little better grip on those macros.
