THANKFUL
Losing my gym for months during COVID 2020 made realize my purpose in life. I AM A BORN COACH!! If i can’t lead, motivate, inspire, coach, and live my life with intensity… then im not living right. and the reality is i can’t do any of that without you guys. So THANK YOU, for giving me purpose, trusting in me and our team, and thank you for always giving me a reason to keep pushing and setting an example for our community. I know you guys been working hard all month, so enjoy this day!!! And i encourage you all to become coaches for your own personal communities. Coaches lead by example, they show love through accountability, they show care through education. Be the β€œfit” one in your family. The one who motivates your loved ones to make healthier choices this year. To be more active together…. To pick up a book instead of a remote…. To even make your family do something crazy like cold showers for a month 🀣 Accountability is the highest for of love so i hope you guys see how much i love you. Now spread that love and accountability on and let’s keep multiplying all the good vibes that come with this lifestyle πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

I finally got my Garmin to sync my steps to MyFitnessPal. Unfortunately it has only counted steps for 11/26/24

i know thanks giving is around the corner. i know theres only 1 week left to the challenge. i know youre probably doing all the things but just forgot to check in. BUT THE WAY YOU DO 1 THING IS THE WAY YOU DO EVERYTHING!!!! Set a standard of excellence with this challenge by finishing strong !!! enjoy your cheat meal on thursday but be perfect leading up to It and after It. That means a workout on thursday, a freezing cold shower, and sticking to your protocol.
