Guys! Nice to meet you all and be in a real like-minded space! 😎 If I told you I was from New Zealand, based in Sydney and just started fresh in Finance Sales, what would you say?...hahahahaha🤣 The biggest strength was finding the right education and resources in Sales and studying them furiously before getting started in the industry! Struggling with the initial transition from theory to practice and remembering the key principles during live cold calls which is what I'd like help with as well as targeting my pitch to open up prospects and get more conversations and explain my solution in a way that they feel the value in their world! Lurker To Wurker...
Hey, whats up everyone... I've been hovering around that level 1 lurker stage for the past 6 weeks however I've ramped up my classroom learning as I've now transitioned into a BD role within my company. I've moved from 360 recruitment, to a Talent Partner to now moving in to selling RPO services for TP's to embed in too. I've been told to progress to the next stag eI need to engage more so here I am... But whilst I'm at it, are there sny members in team working in a similar space - selling recruitment / RPO / MSP?
