Shoutout to @Janet Leung for redeeming her one on one water session today! Turned out to be a nice day to go through land drills and connect theory to application on water!

8/29/24 - last light session before ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น
As I prepare for a long flight to Italy, this morning I did another 70ish minute light session. Goal was to feel the water and get a light sweat going. Trying to get the volume in so that I'll be ready to go when in Italy. Nice to see that with the same effort, I was moving faster today. Likely due to better rest. Stretch it out session
https://strava.app.link/ZpSHBuk8qMb After a heavy push workout yesterday, today's paddle goal is to stretch it out. I keep my heartrate around 70-80% for the entire time, while working on small tweaks. Overall, a nice mind-freeing paddle. It's important to program these into your week's training to keep the body moving, but not overtaxing it.
