Stretch it out session
After a heavy push workout yesterday, today's paddle goal is to stretch it out. I keep my heartrate around 70-80% for the entire time, while working on small tweaks. Overall, a nice mind-freeing paddle. It's important to program these into your week's training to keep the body moving, but not overtaxing it.
