Skill Sets Takeaways & Remember how Dean closed me...
I've finished learning about Skill Sets, Frame Control, Tonality, pacing, and silence training. I feel like the hardest part is controlling the frame.
I remember being really curious & interested to know more about Maddie’s program; and then jumping on the closing call with . Now that I've learned about skill sets, I realize I must’ve been such a pain for Dean lol! I kept asking all these unnecessary questions that are stopping the sale from moving forward haha.
But Dean was super patient and understanding with me. Honestly, at the time, Sales Alliance Academy wasn’t the only program I was seriously considering. But I ended up choosing SAA (aside from the great vibes I felt from Maddie’s IG) because of how Dean pitched and closed the deal with me. He wasn’t pushy or salesy; just super patient, used great pacing and the superpower of silence. He answered all my questions confidently; did not laugh at my "dump" questions, did not act annoyed nor try to rush the process. What really stuck with me was how Dean gave me time to think things through, he didn’t push me to jump in. By the end of the call, I felt that I made the decision to join because I wanted to, not because I felt sold. I remember thinking during the call, 'Man, I want to be as good at sales as this guy one day!'
I’ve learned so much from SAA so far, and I’m really grateful to all the coaches here Maddie, Dylan, Matt, and Dean. I’m super hopeful for the future!
I'm excited to start mock calls with everyone! Feel free to DM or comment so we can set up some times 😁🙌
