Role Description Seeking a Client Service & Operations professional for a full-time on-site role located in Neptune Beach, FL. As a Client Service & Operations professional, you will report directly to the owner, assisting with all aspects of client service and operations. Day-to-day tasks will include portfolio accounting, trading, quarterly reporting, account management, money transfers, and compliance. Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software Excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong, positive relationships with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify and resolve operational complexities Ability to think critically, manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in the financial services industry is required. The Opportunity: We are seeking a Director of Operations with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously. Our small office will require the candidate to manage the day-to-day, non-client facing operations of the practice. This position will require experience in the operations and IT management, accounting, human resources, and investment administration. Taking ownership of these operations roles is critical to the success of this employee. You will work collaboratively with the operations staff and are responsible for establishing or contributing ideas for department processes, procedures, and protocols. You MUST have meaningful experience in RIA operations with a fee-only RIA firm. The position is part- or full-time and while we would give preference to someone who will relocate to the Black Hills area of South Dakota, we would consider a virtual employee.
