Job Posting: Director of Firm Operations & Client Services

Role Description

Seeking a Client Service & Operations professional for a full-time on-site role located in Neptune Beach, FL. As a Client Service & Operations professional, you will report directly to the owner, assisting with all aspects of client service and operations. Day-to-day tasks will include portfolio accounting, trading, quarterly reporting, account management, money transfers, and compliance.

Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software

Excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong, positive relationships with clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to identify and resolve operational complexities

Ability to think critically, manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Prior experience in the financial services industry is required.

Experience with a variety of financial services fintech including Schwab Advisor Center and Tamarac Portfolio Reporting is required.

Pay Range: 90,000 to 120,000 annually based upon experience
