Day Seven 🫶 Not LIVE is happening in 6 hours
Albert Einstein
Tapping into the Spring A human being is part of the whole called by us “the universe,” a part limited in space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separate from the rest — a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening the circle of understanding and compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. Albert Einstein *The use of he/his/himself was of that time.* I do not know the year this was written. But it has lived in paper form for perhaps a decade. Communities like this engage thinking and hopefully expand ‘our circles’. Lovingly

Robin Visitation
Yesterday I was a bit anxious about my financial security when I retire in a few years. I have been struggling to comprehend pensions, etc. Today, in my Nidra, when visualising, a little plump robin came to my left side, in my mind's eye. And I sensed a butterfly too. I asked the robin why he/she was visiting and what he/she wanted to say, and I heard in my mind "you do not have to worry about the future- it is all taken care of'. I felt the delicate presence of family members who had passed- delicate fleeting glimpses of faces I love- and afterwards I felt great peace and hope.

I shut my eyes in order to see
Artist - Paul Gauguin Recently I read that a neurological optical ‘event’ happens in the eye when closed. Like the eye is still ‘seeing’. I love the living flowing bright green light show I see when entering YN NSDR, drawing my focus within. How fortunate we are to be able to share and describe all this. Lovingly

Keep em Coming - A Place For More Quotes
I've been enjoying them, and we all seem to have more than one, so might as well post em. Here's one that's Simple enough for a child, too complex for a genius. Devastatingly personally applicable - in perpetuity. Governing all conscious progress in any species anywhere. And transcends the ultimate barriers of space and time. - Zeek 🙂

Pema Chodran quote
This very moment is the perfect teacher, and lucky for us, it’s with us wherever we are.
