I shut my eyes in order to see
Artist - Paul Gauguin Recently I read that a neurological optical ‘event’ happens in the eye when closed. Like the eye is still ‘seeing’. I love the living flowing bright green light show I see when entering YN NSDR, drawing my focus within. How fortunate we are to be able to share and describe all this. Lovingly

Albert Einstein
Tapping into the Spring A human being is part of the whole called by us “the universe,” a part limited in space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separate from the rest — a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening the circle of understanding and compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. Albert Einstein *The use of he/his/himself was of that time.* I do not know the year this was written. But it has lived in paper form for perhaps a decade. Communities like this engage thinking and hopefully expand ‘our circles’. Lovingly

Day 5 | Community Wisdom 🧠✨
Imagine for a moment that you could sit down with your younger self—the one who was juggling too much, chasing too hard, or feeling stuck in the chaos of life. What would you tell them about balance? Would you remind them to slow down and rest? Encourage them to say no to what doesn’t serve them? Or simply whisper that balance isn’t about perfection—it’s about tuning into what feels right in the moment? If you could give your younger self one piece of advice about creating balance, what would it be? Share your wisdom below. ⬇️ You never know whose heart your words might touch today.

Day Three | The Gift of Calm
Imagine this: if calmness were a gift you could share with others, how would you express it? What would it look like? Sound like? Feel like? Would it be the stillness of a forest after the rain? A soothing melody that wraps around your soul? Or perhaps the gentle touch of someone holding space for you in silence? Calmness is not just a state—it’s an energy we radiate. When we embody calm, we become a refuge for others in a chaotic world. 💫 I’d love to hear from you. 👉 What does calmness look, sound, or feel like to you? 👉 How do you share it with others in your own unique way? Let’s explore the many ways calmness can ripple through our lives and relationships. Your insight could be the spark someone else needs to discover their own calm. 💖 Share your thoughts below ⬇️

Day Three | The Gift of Calm
@Michelle Lavin morning here. I was tip toeing around in my memory to recall a quote. Nudged by your post :) I finally remembered where to find it again. I just posted it. You pay attention so I can take myself seriously so I can take you seriously, so I pay attention. It’s a miracle. I love you. -Jane Martin
@Frank Mohr yes The silence within
Pema Chodran quote
This very moment is the perfect teacher, and lucky for us, it’s with us wherever we are.
