Which of these do you use for farmer’s walk?
I have been experimenting with these over the past week. I find that I can carry more using the trap bar but wondering if it’s the same as doing leg press? Where we can push inane amount as opposed to a squat which can deliver more results.
I don’t t know about you meatheads but after doing these I feel amazing. On top of the world.
Come next week, I’ll be on vacation in PV, hopefully the resort has the some equipment that I can use for FWs. Upon my return I’ll have one day of rest and on December 1st I start my 30 day challenge for this exercise.
