I haven't done very well this weekend
This weekend I've not really stuck to my diet very well and haven't been as strict in pushing myself to do more in my workouts. I have done some kettlebell workouts but not added any extra to them or pushed myself to do more. I've also eaten a few things that I usually wouldn't this weekend due to being out celebrating friends birthdays. I did have a fun day with friends axe throwing yesterday but I kind of feel like I've let myself down a bit in not keeping up with my usual regime. Tomorrow will be Monday and I plan on getting right back into getting it done and getting back on track with working towards my goals.

Don’t beat yourself up bro. You might actually benefit from not pushing yourself as hard or adding. I get what you mean though. “The guilt” comes on stronger than my Mexican mom with her guarache. Think about this, even though you took a mild week, you still did a lot more than what most Americans do.
Trap bar, kettle bells or dumbbells
Good morning brothers Which of these do you use for farmer’s walk? I have been experimenting with these over the past week. I find that I can carry more using the trap bar but wondering if it’s the same as doing leg press? Where we can push inane amount as opposed to a squat which can deliver more results. I don’t t know about you meatheads but after doing these I feel amazing. On top of the world. Come next week, I’ll be on vacation in PV, hopefully the resort has the some equipment that I can use for FWs. Upon my return I’ll have one day of rest and on December 1st I start my 30 day challenge for this exercise. Stay strong. Stay alpha.

@Johnathon Roman go to failure. It’ll allow you to build strength without sacrificing form and you’ll avoid injury, with the light weight. After a couple of routines do at least one max rep with the heavier. You’re doing great bro.

@Thomas Pummer not IMO at all man. I have respect, now for Paul. I think he went easy on Tyson, though, I thought for sure Tyson was going to KO Paul. Tyson was with an injured leg and looked pretty tired from the start

@Gerald Balsam 100% bro. Noticed the same thing. Mad respect for Paul. He could have made Tyson embarrassed but I feel he was deliberately a gentleman. Not much into influencers but he got my respect for he handled himself.
