This weekend I've not really stuck to my diet very well and haven't been as strict in pushing myself to do more in my workouts.
I have done some kettlebell workouts but not added any extra to them or pushed myself to do more. I've also eaten a few things that I usually wouldn't this weekend due to being out celebrating friends birthdays.
I did have a fun day with friends axe throwing yesterday but I kind of feel like I've let myself down a bit in not keeping up with my usual regime.
Tomorrow will be Monday and I plan on getting right back into getting it done and getting back on track with working towards my goals.
