Trap bar, kettle bells or dumbbells
Good morning brothers Which of these do you use for farmer’s walk? I have been experimenting with these over the past week. I find that I can carry more using the trap bar but wondering if it’s the same as doing leg press? Where we can push inane amount as opposed to a squat which can deliver more results. I don’t t know about you meatheads but after doing these I feel amazing. On top of the world. Come next week, I’ll be on vacation in PV, hopefully the resort has the some equipment that I can use for FWs. Upon my return I’ll have one day of rest and on December 1st I start my 30 day challenge for this exercise. Stay strong. Stay alpha.

The older I get (54 soon) I lean more and more to diet. I still train fairly hard (for an older dude), but the metabolism isn’t as fast as it was even just 5 years ago. Exercise, activity and movement are incredibly important - and I’d go nuts sitting still - but I simply can’t “out train” a shit/highly processed diet. Just my .02. 👊 .

What’s your poison?
Hope the weekend’s going well! Just wanted to share an image that HOPEFULLY provides some clarity on how things can typically go in life. Really comes down to two separate paths you can take. (1) Hard Now Easy Later …or (2) Easy Now Hard Later I know delayed gratification is a tough thing to apply in life (especially in todays microwave society), but it’s one sure fire way to secure ideal outcomes in ALL avenues of life. Be willing to set aside the idea of instant gratification and lean into a life of discipline, and I promise things will happen for you!!! Hands Up. KEEP FIGHTING!!!
