I see that Strongfirst has a breathing method course for 399 USD (wtf??), and started to wonder if breathing techniques in the different exercises could be interesting. Not exactly form, but still a part of the movements I guess?

Interesting week. Hoping it’s conducted in a civilized and respectful manner. Did jog for only 8km and nothing more that day. Lower back pain too much. Bringing painkillers and a balance board to work, and taking a break from the KWA until it’s under control. Hopefully just a few days. Diet will be followed.

Nice family yo have there Chandler, and cool outfits! Sort of how I suspect to be looking when I’ve lost enough weight 💀This weekend i’m including my kids in tasks that need to be done. Installing a new dishwasher, and disposing of the broken one. Preparing the house and cars for winter. 4 yr old is responsible for correct airpressure in the winter tyres and 6 yrs old for cutting the grass. Visting a sick family member, jogging 11km, and make up day today with KWA phase 4 day 12.
Pain…
Normally I designate Fridays for a pep talk that centers around finishing the week strong, but today I had to share a rant I firmly believe needs to be discussed regarding “pain” during lifting. Pearson the language…I got a little passionate. Hands Up, KEEP FIGHTING✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼!!!!

@Przemyslaw Durko you seem to be in a rough calorie deficit throughout the week. When did you start and how much have you lost?

@Przemyslaw Durko This sounds very familiar. The big deficits only produce backlashes with over eating, or loss of muscles. Luckily there are many methods out there, and personally I think shopping between whatever you can sustain for a few weeks, is a good idea. I’m into fasting again but had about 6 months where I couldn’t stand it. You have a new approach going on now?
