How are we gonna hold each other accountable to taking the daily steps need of us to nurture our goals on a daily basis? Via a daily accountability check in...Here's how it works.
Every day I need you to:
(1) Go to the pinned post on the "Community" feed...
(2) WATCH and respond to the specific action I call for inside the video...
...and
(3) After taking that specific action I call for in each video/post, follow that up with (a) letting everyone know that you DID or DIDN'T train (if you DID, breakdown what you did...and if you DIDN'T, explain why), and (b) letting us know how you did in the diet department (you live specific to your goals or fall off the wagon)...
Remember, this isn't a big dick contest where you try and prove how hardcore you are (your RESULTS will speak for themselves). You can't fix what you fake, so be brutally honest if you want the help I and everyone else can offer through this accountability measure.
Again...EVERY DAY you need to check in. There's no right or wrong check in post. There's just consistent and HONEST. So do yourself a favor and chime in so that we can help keep you on the warpath!
