Who knew something as healthy and delicious as fruit could be such a hot topic of debate? Personally I’m a big fruit guy. It satisfies my sweet tooth, gives me steady energy, and keeps me regular. I do, given the fact that it increases blood sugar, tend to eat more fruit earlier in the day as well as directly before, and after my workouts more so then later in the evening though.
I’m curious what your opinion is though. Is fruit a yes or a no in your diet?
