I’m always up for ANYTHING that will rally the troops and this 30 day challenge is a perfect way to do so!!!
In my mind the real value of doing these types of daily challenge workouts is the accountability they create by forcing a non-negotiable goal specific action. Not only do they improve gains, but they build discipline, too!
So I wanna try something out with you guys open to a challenge. For the next month, I want you to take part in this “Farmers Walk Challenge”…
The rules are simple:
- Designate the distance or sets of failure you’ll do
- Rotate the different weights daily (go up then down)
- Carry on every set til absolute failure (dropping it)
…And
- Resting for 30 seconds between each set…
