What supplements does everyone out here take? I'm 36 and take the following - - Fish oil - Whey Protein - Vitamin D & B - Multivitamins - Collagen - Creatine - ZMA - Tongkat Ali+ Fadogia Agrestis(just starting this) Anything I should add or remove? Suggestions please.
It’s summer, so the weekends are filled with barbecues, brunches, and meals out. Any recommendations? Skip the fries, have a double cheeseburger to make sure I target protein? What does everyone here do?
I went through the videos about KB nutrition. I get that we only eat from the list and that we stop at 80% full. Does every meal have to have one thing from each category? Or is it just "prep/eat whatever as long as it's on the list" and doesn't include things from outside the list.?
