After the 30 days challenge, I felt so excited I purchased a second 12kg to learn doubles, a 16kg to slowly increase weight and a 8kg to learn windmill and Turkish get up. The 22kg remains there as a reminder of my greediness and I can only do swings with them and grind workouts
