Yes, I actually have to prep for it 🙄. It is the first time doing the protocol since I hade to take my allergy/ asthma break for the summer in July. 16 kg: took untimed breaks between each movement/ side. Did the squats with 20 kg, just because the rest was so wimpy. 25/25 (50) H2H swings 12/12 Clean & Press 15/15 Snatch 15 Goblet Squats (20 kg) I need to work a few weeks before I can go unbroken with this... (by January I will be feeling immortal again 😜)
