Early morning wake up call
... starting with my kettlebells, so I grabbed the two pairs of 8s and the 12 and dedicated myself to wow 252. It was nice and exhausting again. Part one with double kB and part 2 with one👍🏼

Gotta Want it!
Halfway there!!!! Still building that cardio, but my pacing is a lot better. It still annoys me a bit that my non-dominant arm is considerably weaker than the other. It's funny when I catch a glance at my face in the mirror and it's completely scrunched into this contorted mess while I push the KB up with my left arm!! 🤣🤣🤣 Happy Hump Day Peeps!

@Jason G definitely working with extra reps, I just have to remember to watch my form...presses get sloppy towards the end!! 🤣🤣

Take over the Big 10 exercises !!
If you don't know which exercise to choose, you can use "random generator". I made a roulette for the 10 basic exercises inspired by Lebestark Plus content. You just may have time for 15 min workout. Perhaps you can do 2 rounds with 2 min intervals. Just spin the roulette 2-3 times and pickup the exercises that it's choosing for you. I'll do more lists when I invent a good one. 😁 My next condition workout is: Two rounds 2 min Goblet squats 2 min Strict Presses 2 min H2H Swings 1 min rest

Long story short: I missed my kettlebell and the community. It's been four weeks now and this morning I did my first training session in an old but renovated environment. Since I had a cold last week, I didn't go in quite as hard today. When I got back into it, I had to get used to the following with my two 8kg graces and the 12kg bell: - 10 thrusters (double 8) - 10 double snatches (double 8) - 10 single leg deadlift 5/5 (12kg) I repeated the whole thing 3 times and started the day very satisfied ☺️☺️☺️.
