Incredible Tuesday Lunchtime Double Time
As always, the protocol only uses double kettlebells. With one exception at the end, this time...and a small increase... Unbelievable 3x Sets E2MOM 3x Clean & Press dbl 20kg 6x Clean & Press dbl 16kg 6x Thrusters dbl 16kg (instead of squads) 6x Half Snatch dbl 16kg I still had energy after the workout. So I still had to get ready. 15x Chest Press dbl 20kg 20x Gorilla Rows dbl 20kg 10x Half Snatch sgl 20kg (5L/5R) After that I was really at the end and felt great.

@Fergus Watson The error only comes from a system that is too weak. Just keep going. The error corrects itself over time. :)
Tuesday Noon Doubles
Tuesday is a power day, only double bells are allowed. No excuses, get those things up. The protocol is the same as the last few Tuesdays: 3 sets of E2MOM 3x Clean & Press dbl. 20kg 6x Clean & Press dbl.16kg 6x Goblet Squads dbl.16kg 6x Half Snatch dbl.16kg And finally, as always, a proper carry It was exhausting, but I mastered it! The beautiful weather with fresh air and sunshine in the courtyard gave me wings. Only my work colleagues looked at me a bit funny. But I didn't care. I just did my thing.

Tuesday Noon Doubles
Last week and training on Monday lunchtime
Last week I had to take a break due to a cold. This Monday, however, I did my first training session again. Here is the protocol: 2x Dojo Circuit with 16 kg 1x Day 1 of 30-Day Kettlebell Challenge 6x 50m Carries with 16kg I had to slow down a bit, but I was able to keep going. The cold still weakened me a bit.

@Tatjana Fischer Yes, I took care of myself and had a good feeling about it. That's important, especially after a cold you have to look after yourself. Thanks for the reminder!

@Ionut Lazau Yes, I can see that in myself too. In spring, I was still very weak from a cold for a long time, but it was different now. I just feel a little weaker.
