Last week and training on Monday lunchtime
Last week I had to take a break due to a cold. This Monday, however, I did my first training session again. Here is the protocol:
2x Dojo Circuit with 16 kg
1x Day 1 of 30-Day Kettlebell Challenge
6x 50m Carries with 16kg
I had to slow down a bit, but I was able to keep going. The cold still weakened me a bit.
