My objectives for October were as follows
12 strength sessions
8 Cardio sessions
Morning cold plunge and journal as part of my morning routine.
I achieved all of the above with exception of only 6 cardio sessions. Happy with this as 2 weeks of school holidays really challenged my routines and time management.
Moving forwards I know in the future to be more flexible with intentions during holiday periods as time with the family comes first.
Anyway hope everyone is looking to smash November and finish the year positively.
