Definitely recommend today’s podcast episode, “It takes a year”. As always, straight shooting, no BS reminder that no one’s coming to save us. We need to do the work and put action to our words. Planning achieves nothing without implementation. Sometimes I find myself caught in the hamster wheel of planning and scheduling only to find at the end of the week, I’ve done nothing but made a really nice looking calendar/journal entry. Stepping on my own toes here… and I know I can’t be alone in this.
Today’s a new day to get back on track and RTM! For me, this is focusing on accountability around calorie tracking and activity. Daughter's wedding is 90 days out so want to look and feel my best for the big day, and just came off a week of illness. Back to work!!!
