These types of days can tempt me to get off track and dive into eating highly processed (junk) foods and not get my movement goals achieved and justifying it to myself as a ‘treat’ on a rainy day….but as I scrolled through all of our posts over the past month I was inspired to stay true to my health commitments and keep focused!!!
