On a rainy day…
Sending ❤️❤️❤️❤️ out to our Higher Health Community!! These types of days can tempt me to get off track and dive into eating highly processed (junk) foods and not get my movement goals achieved and justifying it to myself as a ‘treat’ on a rainy day….but as I scrolled through all of our posts over the past month I was inspired to stay true to my health commitments and keep focused!!! So thank you 😊

High 5's all around for EVERYONE who participated in the March to Health Challenge! Whether you made a few posts here and there, or you went full throttle and shared your 3M's daily, I truly loved reading everyone's posts and commenting on them individually. I also enjoyed inputting my own contributions and was inspired by the process and integration of the 3M's for daily health habits and awareness.
