Your Body is Not a Thing; It’s a Process 🌱✨
We often think of our body as a fixed object—something to fix, mold, or perfect. But in reality, your body is an ever-evolving process, constantly adapting, growing, and responding to the environment you create for it. 💡 Think about it: • Every breath you take regenerates cells. • Every bite of food becomes fuel, energy, and repair. • Every thought, movement, and choice reshapes how your body functions. Your body isn’t a stagnant “thing”—it’s a dynamic system working tirelessly to keep you alive and thriving. What does this mean for you? 🌿 Be patient. Change takes time. Every small choice adds up over days, weeks, and months. 💪 Focus on the process. It’s not about a single workout, meal, or thought—it’s the collective impact of your habits. 🌀 Trust the flow. Your body is designed to heal, adapt, and grow. Support it, don’t fight it. How to embrace this mindset today? ✔️ Move because it feels good, not because you have to. ✔️ Nourish yourself with foods that energize, not restrict. ✔️ Celebrate what your body does for you—not just how it looks. You are not a product. You are a process—a beautiful work in progress. Keep showing up for yourself! 💖 What’s one thing you’ll do today to support your body’s process? Share below! 👇 And remember to share your 3M’s for today!

I will support my body’s process by being kind and patient with my progress. Sometimes I get so caught up in feeling like I haven’t done enough or achieved enough, but I really need to focus on what I have done - not what I haven’t done.
Movie Recommendation
Hi everyone! I just finished watching a movie called “a man called otto” staring Tom hanks on Netflix. Such an incredible movie! I thought I would share because the message behind the movie is learning to live after grief, I think a lot of people who have been through any type of loss in life could definitely learn something from this film. I would associate this with mindset because i felt it was empowering.

Mindset
Thanks to Dr Tara for inspiring me to begin reading as I’m on a personal healing journey. This book by yung pueblo called “lighter” has been a game changer for me so far, so I wanted to share it. He focuses on self love, healing, letting go and doing the inner work to improve your overall well being. I’m not finished yet, but it’s been eye opening so far. Highly recommend
