Mindset: went for a walk down at the beach today and listened to a Hal Elrod podcast while walking.
Movement: did 10k steps along the Beach and Ashbridges Bay. I walked a long distance in the sand with bare feet and did some great grounding!
Micronutrient: made sure I took my Dr Tara recommended supplements and had a big salad for dinner with some fish from the fish place near Dr Tara!
