MINDSET: Took time to meditate upon waking to centre myself for the rest of a busy week ahead seeing as its only Tuesday!
MOVEMENT: Walked home (2.5 km) from my appointment this morning in the sunshine was delightful! AND at the appointment I was taught a round of pelvic floor exercises and stretches for bonus movement today
MICRONUTRIENTS: Powered my morning with a protein packed smoothie recipe, vitamin D drops, prenatal, and omega 3s! :)
