Mindset: Visiting Day in Guelph. Feeling appreciated by everyone we visited. First lunch and then afternoon tea with a senior friend of ours who lost her husband recently. She’s still going very strong at 93! Lots of wise words of wisdom for health and longevity. Then onto 2 separate visits with Adams old campers from years past (he was a volunteer at a cancer camp for 17 years). Ordered pizza to share with each of them while we caught up. One is Deaf so Adam was happy to have me there as his interpreter 🤟 Movement: Path walks with old friends. Holiday vibes with slower pace today. Back to yoga tomorrow! Micronutrients: 📸 Chia pudding with 🫐 to go! It held me over while the guys ate pizza 🍕 😅

Sunshine & Citrus!
Hey everyone! 🍋 I've been absolutely loving the vibrant zest of citrus lately, especially with its versatility and the burst of freshness it brings this time of year – it's been such a mood lifter, even at 33 weeks pregnant! So, I decided to make 'Sunshine and Citrus' our theme for this week's meal plan. Although we might be missing the sun for the next few days, I promise it's on its way back! ☀️ Here are three recipes I've been obsessed with this week, packed with that tangy goodness, healthy fats, and protein. MINDSET: Took time to meditate upon waking to centre myself for the rest of a busy week ahead seeing as its only Tuesday! MOVEMENT: Walked home (2.5 km) from my appointment this morning in the sunshine was delightful! AND at the appointment I was taught a round of pelvic floor exercises and stretches for bonus movement today MICRONUTRIENTS: Powered my morning with a protein packed smoothie recipe, vitamin D drops, prenatal, and omega 3s! :)
