I use this coconut powder when I travel- it pairs well with a granola that fits your diet (grain free, or grained) and is SO delicious mixed in a bit of water or milk of choice. So satisfying !! At home, I cook with canned coconut milk but alas, this weekend I found myself without any in the house!! BUT- I had this powder on hand and it worked amazingly as a sub to the canned version.
