Coconut milk powder
I use this coconut powder when I travel- it pairs well with a granola that fits your diet (grain free, or grained) and is SO delicious mixed in a bit of water or milk of choice. So satisfying !! At home, I cook with canned coconut milk but alas, this weekend I found myself without any in the house!! BUT- I had this powder on hand and it worked amazingly as a sub to the canned version. Get it on Amazon. Keep it on hand. Great for home OR travel. Pro tip- pairs well with whey isolate if you need to extend meal time to meal time. The fats will prevent the whey from digesting too quickly…. Satiating and sustaining you longer !

Unconventional Breakfast!
Breakfast can look like this… Chicken, rice, Swiss chard, pineapple (to aid digestion). Think outside the box! Your body doesn’t care if you eat so called “dinner” for “breakfast”. It may actually thank you for it!
