I just finished listening to the Menopausal Belly Fat course/lecture. It is SOLID GOLD!!! Wow. It makes sooo much sense and is a culmination of pieces I have heard but no one has tied it together as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I will be listening to it again and again. @Cory and Lolita Buckle so true; I was thinking about how fortunate I am to be alive in this era, where we have knowledge and people who are dedicated to delivering it. My mom and the women before her had such a struggle in comparison and very little knowledge/studies dedicated to Women’s health/ menopause.

@Rheece Hartte a friend an I track ea others fitness on Apple daily & send comments. I work with a local coach who holds me accountable & I have a very athletic dog and fitness is my antidepressant/anti anxiety so I have to move daily. But, I continue to struggle with diet/ food choices.

I’m Holly I’ve worked with Michale in the past, during the pandemic. I live in Kelowna BC, very near Michale and Reece’s previous hood. I’m here for reasons very similar to Tania: I’m working at putting down more lean muscle, work with and be inspired by an incredible community & find long term solutions to stick with my health goals. Lastly, learn more about peri and menopausal changes and how to navigate them.
