Shepherd's Pie
I'm working on doctoring up my current shepherd's pie recipe. Working on what to replace those mashed potatoes with. Last time I tried mashed cauliflower, it ended up pretty watery. Does anyone have ideas of other replacements? Or know how to keep mashed cauliflower from going watery?

Curried Chicken Salad Recipe
This vibrant, flavorful salad is packed with nutrients and perfect for a light, wholesome meal! Ingredients 8 oz (224 g) chicken breast 1/2 cup (120 g) bone broth 1 tbsp (6 g) curry powder 1 tsp (6 g) sea salt 2 tbsp (7 g) unsweetened dried cranberries 1/4 cup (4 g) cilantro, chopped 3 cups (90 g) baby spinach 1 red bell pepper, chopped or sliced thin 1/2 cup (70 g) almonds Steps 1️⃣ Cook the Chicken: Add chicken breast, bone broth, curry powder, and sea salt to a slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours. 2️⃣ Shred and Cool: Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks. Let it cool, then mix in the cranberries and chopped cilantro. 3️⃣ Assemble the Salad: Add baby spinach and red bell pepper to a salad bowl. Top with the shredded chicken mixture. 4️⃣ Serve and Enjoy: Pair with almonds on the side for an added crunch. ✨ A delicious and nourishing dish that’s perfect for any occasion!
