Thanksgiving is over—time to lighten up! 🌟 Try this Chicken Caesar Wrap with Veggies for a fresh, healthy, and satisfying meal!Ingredients: 1 cup [47 g] Romaine Lettuce (shredded) 2 tbsp [10 g] Parmesan Cheese (shredded) 4 oz [112 g] Skinless Chicken Breast (grilled or pre-cooked) 1 tbsp [14.7 g] Caesar Dressing (clean brand, e.g., Primal Kitchen) 1 dash [0.4 g] Salt 1 dash [0.1 g] Black Pepper 1 wrap [57 g] (whole grain or gluten-free) 1 medium Red Bell Pepper [114 g] (sliced) Instructions: 1️⃣ Combine romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, chicken, Caesar dressing, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Friends! For my birthday last week, we ran a turkey trot!!! My first 5K in 5 years!!! Not only that but I ran again tonight with my kids (we saw a coyote tonight), 1 week later to the day!!! No I wasn’t in physical therapy and chiropractic all week, yes I did get a massage… but I did it!!! This program paired with the Frank capsules has been a game changer for me!!! Thank you Jon & Crystal & friends!!! 🫶✨💫 Finaled out the day recharging with recharge! 🌟

Looking for a cozy, flavorful meal that’s simple to make? This Slow Cooker Butter Chicken recipe is packed with rich spices and tender chicken, making it the perfect dinner for chilly evenings. Best of all, it’s easy to prepare—just set it and forget it! Ingredients: 14 oz (395.5 g) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (trimmed) 2 tbsp (25.6 g) Clarified Butter (Ghee) 1 tbsp (5 g) Garam Masala Seasoning 6 cups (1440 ml) Chicken Broth 1 tbsp (8.5 g) Garlic, minced 1.5 tsp (3 g) Ginger, grated 0.5 tsp (3 g) Salt 1 medium onion (110 g) Yellow Onion, sliced thin 2 cups (113.4 g) Shredded Red Cabbage Instructions: 1️⃣ Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs. 2️⃣ Combine chicken, ghee, garam masala, chicken broth, garlic, ginger, salt, and onions in the slow cooker. 3️⃣ Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 3.5 hours. 4️⃣ Serve warm over shredded red cabbage.
