Ingredients: 1 large egg (50 g) 0.75 cup (182.25 g) egg whites 0.25 cup florets (17.75 g) broccoli 0.5 cup (15 g) spinach 0.5 avocado (68 g) 1 tsp (4.8 g) olive oil 0.5 cup (72.5 g) blueberries (for serving) Instructions: 1️⃣ Prep the Veggies: Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and cook for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften. 2️⃣ Add Spinach: Toss in the spinach and sauté until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. 3️⃣ Cook the Eggs: Pour the egg and egg whites into the pan. Best of all, it’s easy to prepare—just set it and forget it! Ingredients: 14 oz (395.5 g) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (trimmed) 2 tbsp (25.6 g) Clarified Butter (Ghee) 1 tbsp (5 g) Garam Masala Seasoning 6 cups (1440 ml) Chicken Broth 1 tbsp (8.5 g) Garlic, minced 1.5 tsp (3 g) Ginger, grated 0.5 tsp (3 g) Salt 1 medium onion (110 g) Yellow Onion, sliced thin 2 cups (113.4 g) Shredded Red Cabbage Instructions: 1️⃣ Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs. 2️⃣ Combine chicken, ghee, garam masala, chicken broth, garlic, ginger, salt, and onions in the slow cooker. 3️⃣ Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 3.5 hours. 4️⃣ Serve warm over shredded red cabbage. Friends! For my birthday last week, we ran a turkey trot!!! My first 5K in 5 years!!! Not only that but I ran again tonight with my kids (we saw a coyote tonight), 1 week later to the day!!! No I wasn’t in physical therapy and chiropractic all week, yes I did get a massage… but I did it!!! This program paired with the Frank capsules has been a game changer for me!!! Thank you Jon & Crystal & friends!!! 🫶✨💫 Finaled out the day recharging with recharge! 🌟

I made a sweet potato dish and replaced the sugar with maple syrup to get some extra nutrients from that & replaced butter with coconut oil. It was delicious.
