Ingredients:
6 oz (170 g) ground beef, 95% lean
1/2 (185 g) russet potato
1 roma tomato
1/4 red onion
1 cup (47 g) romaine lettuce
1 - 2 small pickles, chopped
1/2 tbsp (7 g) olive oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Cut the potato into thin slices and season with olive oil and salt.
Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, brown the ground beef in a pan until fully cooked.
Slice/dice the Roma tomato, onion, and lettuce, and add them to a bowl.
Once the meat and potatoes are cooked, add them to the bowl and top with pickles.
