Worked out with my buddy @Brandan Li 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Workout: chest, triceps, shoulders and a bit of biceps (I know it’s a lot😅) As usual we started with a good stretch, always super important to avoid injuries!! - bench press: 3x10reps @ 1 plate - Dumbbell Incline press: 1x8reps @30lbs/ 2x8reps @20lbs (never done this exercise before so we’ll work up to it) - Dumbbell shoulder press: 3x9reps @20lbs - Lateral Raises: 2x15reps @20lbs/ 1x12reps @30lbs - Pull-downs: 3x20reps @30lbs either side - Cable pulls: 3x10reps @20lbs both sides - Dumbbell superset (curls, hammer curls and behind the head hammer curls): 3 sets. 10xcurls-5xhammer curls- 12xbehind the head hammer curls. 30lbs, 25lbs and 20lbs https://youtube.com/shorts/bzj5vlQsN-c?si=12hs086lrC6UtlTC

Yesterday’s Leg Day Workout (New PR in the seated leg press (plated))
Workout: Leg Day Started with a good stretch - Seated leg press (platform moves): 3x15reps @140lbs - Leg extension: 1x15reps @145lbs/ 2x15reps @160lbs - Seated leg curl: 3x15reps @160lbs - Seated leg press (plated): 3x15reps @5plates/ 1x10reps @6plates - Dumbbell Squats: 3x12reps @40lbs - Calf extension: 3x15reps @160lbs Treadmill intervals: Sprint8 program, speed fluctuating up to 6.5mph and down to 3.0mph (good for spiking heart rate and overall fat burn) and I do that rotation 8 times
