Buddy workout session💪💪
Worked out with my buddy @Brandan Li 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Workout: chest, triceps, shoulders and a bit of biceps (I know it’s a lot😅) As usual we started with a good stretch, always super important to avoid injuries!! - bench press: 3x10reps @ 1 plate - Dumbbell Incline press: 1x8reps @30lbs/ 2x8reps @20lbs (never done this exercise before so we’ll work up to it) - Dumbbell shoulder press: 3x9reps @20lbs - Lateral Raises: 2x15reps @20lbs/ 1x12reps @30lbs - Pull-downs: 3x20reps @30lbs either side - Cable pulls: 3x10reps @20lbs both sides - Dumbbell superset (curls, hammer curls and behind the head hammer curls): 3 sets. 10xcurls-5xhammer curls- 12xbehind the head hammer curls. 30lbs, 25lbs and 20lbs https://youtube.com/shorts/bzj5vlQsN-c?si=12hs086lrC6UtlTC

30 days swim
Allo everyone! started Thursday November 7th, I’m going for the next 28 days (for a total of 30) doing a swim challenge Getting in there everyday and swimming minimum 500 meters each session, yesterday I swam a calm 1km 🏊🏊 Keep me accountable!! Let’s get to work 🦾🦾

Interval sprints
Ran interval sprints on the treadmill through the Sprint8 program. Walking speed at 2.5mph and running speed starting at 7.0mph and going up to 7.5mph. Hit about 1.21miles. The reason why I am doing this is to burn as much fat as possible and to lose the weight a little faster. I think as soon as my weight drops significantly it’ll make such a difference in my running! 💪🔥

Interval sprints
The Compounding Effect of Habits
There's a book called "The Compound Effect" that I read recently, which emphasizes the importance of habits and consistency. In essence, creating a new, healthy habit won't make a huge change in your life within the first few days. You might not even notice anything after a few weeks. But months, and years later, you will notice a HUGE difference from just making small and simple adjustments in your life. Better yet, the difference will be so big that the people AROUND you will start to notice. As long as you're consistent, a small adjustment can lead to a huge result. Highly recommend the book to anyone who is looking for motivation to start new habits.

Hi! I was wondering if you know any special platforms to practice english (specially speaking). Today I have had an interview and sometimes I was stucking with some words. I would love to talk to 'real' people/proffesors, not to AI (sorry ChatGPT). Best regards and thank you very much,

There’s a few apps that you could try that I know are very successful like you could do Duo Lingo which is designed specifically to help learn or better understand different languages
