A bit of a quicker one today but it was pretty efficient!
Workout: Chest and Triceps
- Bench Press: 3x10reps @1plate (Fail- last set I only made it to 9reps)
- Pull-downs: 3x20reps @40lbs
- Dumbbell behind the head hammer curls: 3x15reps @35lbs
- Cable fly/pulls: 3x12reps @25lbs each side
- Tricep extension: 3x15reps @170lbs
