Back and Biceps: Limited equipment
Started with a 10min run
  • over the head pull-downs (rear delts, shoulders and arms): 3x12reps @70lbs
  • Cross over rear delts with cables: 3x12reps @50lbs
  • Bicep/hammer curl superset: 10reps curls/5reps hammer curls (3 sets) + 2 sets of lateral raises all @30lbs
  • 20 push-ups
