Increase pull up reps
I been stuck with pull ups between 10 to 13 reps for as long as i can remember. I havent particularly trained for the purpose of increasing my pull up reps but been training for muscle ups and pull ups has always been part of my program. I thought that all this would have some carry over to my max pull up reps and i should be hitting 15 to 18 reps by now. Not sure if it is a physical or mental block, as after 12 or 13th rep, i just physically cant do another rep.
What should i do to increase this number and how to break through this physical/ mental block?
